RETURN POLICY

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a defective item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to info@tumblercups.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order with pictures and/or video of your defective item or a picture of your packing slip for missing items. They print really well, colours are really vibrant. Lids fit nice and tight too. Would buy again.

I have struggled to order these this last few months and can now see why, they have little to no glare tin bright conditions. The finish once sublimated is stunning
